Stargate: Atlantis - Fansite spills the beans about Season 1 box set.
Stargate Atlantis fans have known since March to expect a Season 1 release of the show in November. Now Adam Mcgaughey's fansite, www.SG1ARchive.com is telling everyone we can expect this release in Region 1 (USA and Canada) on November 15th.
Furthermore, Adam has posted at the Home Theater Forum further information to the effect that it will be a 5-DVD set running 873 minutes and costing 59.95 SRP.
Sony/MGM's formal announcement date for this release isn't until September 5th. That's the earliest day they will begin talking about Stargate: Atlantis - Season 1 officially. Any information obtained prior to that is subject to change.
