Hewlett writes, directs, and stars in an indie filmApparently, David Hewlett (McKay) has made this movie and not only his he staring in it but his sister, Kate Hewlett, is in it along with several familiar faces from Stargate: Paul McGillion (Dr. Beckett), Christopher Judge (Teal'c) and Rachel Luttrell (Teyla).Here's part of the summary for the movie: "Squabbling siblings Patrick (David Hewlett) and Marilyn (Kate Hewlett) have always driven each other a little crazy. But when Marilyn brings home her new TV-star fianc (from the space soap Star-crossed), Ryan (McGillion), it seems to drive Patrick over the edge. First, he tries to drive a wedge between the happy couple ... then he reaches for sharper instruments. Every family has a few skeletons in the closet; "A Dog's Breakfast" is the hell-of-a-mess Patrick makes when he tries to add another to his."
