03/19 - Episode 3.01 - No Man's Land [Airing July 14]: This episode will be a follow up to Season 2's finale.
03/19 - Episode 3.02 - Misbegotten [Airing July 21]
04/10 - Episode 3.03 - Irresistible [Airing July 28]: A man from another planet comes through the Stargate and spends time with McKay. The other inhabitants from his planet seem to miss him, because they can't funtion properly without him being present, or it has something to do with a liquid he drinks.
03/19 - Episode 3.04 - Sateda: The Wraith have a lead on where Ronon is and the team gets in trouble because of that. They are all on a planet were Ronon was before when he was still being hunted and the locals remember him.
03/27 - Episode 3.05 - Progeny: The leader of a planet holds Weir and the rest of the crew captive, and after finding out that the humans can't be of any service to him, he decides to kill them. A few high-ranking officials do not agree and help them escape. The crew finds out that the people of the planet decend from the Ancients, but are reprogrammed to be violent.
04/03 - Episode 3.05 - The Real World: In this Weir-centric episode, Elisabeth wakes up in a sanatorium. She believes that everything about the Stargate and Atlantis was just in her head. The doctor who's treating her is not who he seems. Slowly Elisabeth starts to wonder what's really going on, and what is real or not.
04/25 - Episode 3.07 - Common Ground
04/25 - Episode 3.08 - McKay And Mrs. Miller: McKay visits his sister Jeanie and her husband and daughter. They don't really know what to think of him. McKay and his sister bicker about the past. Jeanie also has the mannerisms we know from McKay. Rodney wants her to come with him and help out for a few months, because she's at least as brilliant as he is.
05/15 - Episode 3.09 - The Return, Part 1: An Ancient ship makes its way back to Atlantis, and they show Weir and her team some new things around Atlantis. The Ancients tell the story of their lives. O'Neill and Woolsey are in attendance. The team comes back to the SGC.
05/22 - Episode 3.10 - The Return, Part 2: O'Neill and Woolsey are captured by an enemy of old, and Weir and her team go in for the rescue. This is after they attack Atlantis, which has been taken over by others.
05/29 - Episode 3.11 - Phantom: The Team tries to get back to Atlantis but someone sabotaged the gate, so they can't get back. On top of that, they're drawing fire. Other people fighting alongside Sheppard are under influence of Wraith technology, and they start behaving strange. Later even the tea is experiencing weird things.
06/05 - Episode 3.12 - Echoes: Beckett sees a medical crew operating on a badly burned man, but all of a sudden they are gone. Later Rodney is working on a filter for understanding what whales are saying. It turns out that they speak a known language.
06/12 - Episode 3.13 - Irresponsible: There are Genii soldiers who turned soldiers-of-fortune, and they are causing some damage here and there. The people who hired them don't really seem to know what they got themselves into. The team, minus Sheppard, is captured.
06/19 - Episode 3.14 - Sunday: It's Sunday on Atlantis, and most personnel should have the day off, but a lot of them are working anyway. Beckett want to go fishing. Zelenka is playing chess. Sheppard and Ronon try golfing. A new scientist asks Weir to lunch. Then a bomb goes off while Teyla is walking somewhere.

03/19 - Episode 10.01 - Flesh and Blood [Airing July 14]: A girl just born progresses to maturity at a very fast rate. It turns out she has the complete Ori knowledge in her brain. Mitchell and the crew are in a battle between spaceships. Sam is working on a hyperdrive. Bratac and Mitchell work together, when there's a fight over Chulak. Vala gets hurt.
03/27 - Episode 10.02 - Morpheus [Airing July 21]: Vala is in a session with a shrink. Teal'C, Carter, Daniel and Mitchell are on a planet together doing some research. Then the doctor who was along for the mission falls fast asleep but not in a coma. Soon, they are all really tired and tempted to sleep.
04/03 - Episode 10.03 - The Pegasus Project [Airing July 28]: An old nemesis of Merlin tries to give SG-1 information to help them find the weapon Merlin created, so that they can fight the Ori.
04/10 - Episode 10.04 - Insiders: SG-1 has two Baals in captivity and their DNA matches, so they can't tell them apart. Only the real Baal can help them find something they need. Landry and some team members are interrogating other SG members for information about Baal.
04/17 - Episode 10.05 - Uninvited: Teal'C and Vala are on a planet with SG-3 and SG-6, when SG-6 comes under attack. Carter watches an autopsy of an unknown creature, which still has a living leech-like creature inside it. Mitchell interrogates a Trust Operative who was shot.
04/25 - Episode 10.06 - 200 (200th Episode)
04/25 - Episode 10.07 - Counterstrike: The team and General Landry are trapped in a war between the Ori followers (headed by a surprising and powerful leader) and the Jaffa. After a gunfight, a Jaffa leader takes over a ship where Mitchell and Teal'C were on. Daniel proposes to work together to fight the Ori, but the Jaffa won't budge.
05/14 - Episode 10.08 - Memento Mori: Vala is seen doing an unusual job (for her that is) but quickly she returns to her old ways. When out on a sort of date with Daniel, she's drugged and kidnapped. Stargate Command manages to get a few possible locations where Vala might be, and multiple SG teams go looking for her. She manages to get free without the help of the SG teams, but she has memory loss. Some powerful people are still after her.
05/22 - Episode 10.09 - Company of Thieves: When Teal'C, Vala and Daniel are captured in the ongoing battle with the Lucian Alliance, Mitchell infiltrates the Alliance as a rarely seen fighter. This seems to be the only way to get information, and to get the rest of SG-1 out. Teal'C is tortured, and Carter is pressured into fixing a ship.
05/29 - Episode 10.10 - The Quest, Part 1: All of SG-1 are going on a quest for the Sangraal, as it is rumored to be able to stop the Ori. In order to do that, they must team up with someone surprising. The Ori fight back.
05/29 - Episode 10.11 - The Quest, Part 2
06/05 - Episode 10.12 - Bounty: While Mitchell is attending his high school reunion together with Vala, a bounty hunter using sophisticated technolgy comes looking for him. The rest of the team immediately respond and come to the rescue.
06/12 - Episode 10.13 - The Shroud : The team visit a village where the Ori were before. The Ori approach was a little bit different there, and SG-1 is figuring out how to convince them to reject their ways. Then they are in for a big surprise.

While exploring the unused sections of the Ancient city of Atlantis, Major John Sheppard and Dr. Rodney McKay stumble on a recording device that contains a new Stargate address. The address leads them to a world with a mysterious ruined city that may be part of an Ancient repository, or it may just be yet another trap for the unwary.
