Stargate Atlantis - Stargate Atlantis: Reliquary (Stargate Atlantis) (Stargate Atlantis)

Stargate Atlantis: Reliquary (Stargate Atlantis) (Stargate Atlantis)

While exploring the unused sections of the Ancient city of Atlantis, Major John Sheppard and Dr. Rodney McKay stumble on a recording device that contains a new Stargate address. The address leads them to a world with a mysterious ruined city that may be part of an Ancient repository, or it may just be yet another trap for the unwary.

Stargate Atlantis: Halcyon (Stargate Atlantis) (Stargate Atlantis)

Burger-fetish-King (Stargate)

My first post here. I found a jewel of a lemon in the Inuyasha fandom and after cringing I thought I'd share some of its "highlights".

Its all bad, but I bolded the best lines....

Her tore his mouth from hers, causing her to cry out, trailing his lips down her neck to her breasts, his tongue licking at the tense red buds, his fangs nipping as gently as they could, memories of the sweet milk she'd given only to him, never to her children, flooding his brain as he suckled like her child, at one breast while his fingers rolled the other nipple that now pressed against his hands, it's redness not only from his manipulation. His claws had drawn blood, it's scent laden with her need, her desire, her wanting him to make her his as he had all those years ago.

"Sesssss, Sessho ." She was moaning deeply in her throat, a sound that almost equaled the growls in his chest as he held himself back, tasting the sweet body of his woman, his mate, the only woman who had been enough to satisfy him, to make him go the long nights of his patrols without taking anyone of the females who would approach him, most of them in heat, most of them willing to bear his pup. He switched breasts, leaving tiny bite marks on the one he abandoned, a ring of blood nor circling the nipple. And she was arching now, her hands seeking his throbbing manhood, hands that barely fit around it's shaft, but that sent fire through his body and almost caused him to come. No, he would wait, wait to be inside her, his penis at the mouth of her womb, to come, to mix his body with hers, to reclaim something he was in no danger of losing. She was shifting herself, her body totally under the control of her vagina, which ached, cried for him.

She had full, soft, beautiful breasts he thought to himself, and he wished he could get her pregnant again, just to taste her milk.
______

I hate when my body is controlled by my vagina....and when it cries. I never knew breastmilk could be mentioned so many times in an "erotic" scene. *shudders* And this is a small mention of it, it goes on...

Burger-fetish-King
Ok, I'm not sure if this is breaking the rules or not (probably is) but this was a quote on the back of my Burger King fries container.

You have the right to dip these fries in ketchup or mustard or a vanilla shake if that turns you on.
Great, now I'm getting sex advice from my food containers!

Stargate - Sparky Drabble

Sparky Drabble
Okay, this is a seriously short drabble, but my writer's gap is still there...so...

Disclaimer: No money; no own; no infringement
Title: Bad Idea?
Rating: G
Timeline: Right after TLG; so spoilers for that, but, heck, I'm pretty sure we've all seen it *smirk*
Note: John's POV

There are just some things that are a bad idea: Riding your skateboard through the halls of Atlantis where Colonel Caldwell can see you. Playing your guitar where Rodney can hear you. Not practicing your katas and trying to charm your way out of practice with Teyla. Giving Carson any reason to worry over your health. Teasing Ronon about his secret soft spot for puppies. All of them bad ideas. Fun maybe, but still, bad ideas.

Further on the list is letting an alien entity possess you because you re a hopeless romantic; bad idea. Kissing your boss while possessed; bad idea. Fantasizing about kissing your boss, you guessed it, bad idea. Actually kissing your gorgeous boss while standing on the balcony with her because you just can t not do it anymore? Umm, ask me later when I have to let her go...

Dreaming Within A Dream Chapter 1
Title: Dreaming Within A Dream
Author: kinky_carter
Rating: PG
Chapters: Prologue , Chapter 1-?
Fandom: Stargate Atlantis
Pairing: John Sheppard/Elizabeth Weir (Eventually) *Weir-Centric*
Summary: Elizabeth has her demons and there are unrelenting ghosts that haunt her still. Is it just her mind or are they real? See how she tries to escape reality and in the end it isn't something you'd expect.

Taking a deep breath she files into the briefing room only to be met with four pairs of stareing eyes. She takes a deep breath and fins her seat at the head of the table,"Sorry I'm late...sorry," she says as she looks up and past the confused senior staff to the group of soldiers and scientists standing at the foot of the table.

"Alright with me because by the looks of it you don't look too good, Elizabeth," comes the voice of her second in command, Lt Col John Sheppard.

"Thanks John, I never knew you cared, but I'll be fine," she snaps, though she slept she feels the overbearing weight of exhaustion,"So whats our mission today?"

Rodney stands and begins,"We, we found another ancient out post on a neighboring planet and I'd like it if we could, to go and explore it. I believe it could be some ancient watch tower," and so he says with a smile of excitement and pride.

"Great, fine take whoever and whatever you need," she stands and hurries for the door, through the pain.

She leaves them all with confused looks,"Man, I think someone needs to take to her," Ronon says looking around the table.

"I concure, Doctor Weir has been acting very distant and distracted the last few weeks," Teyla looks from Ronon to John.

"Well, I hope I'm not that person. I'm not one for comforting and what not," Rodney worriedly smirks.

"Right, cause all you're good at is making people feel less superior and small," John points out and stands,"I'll do it," he walks towards the door and pats Rodney on the shoulder as he's about to protest to his earlier remark.

Running to catch up with her,"Elizabeth!" and yet she doesn't seem to hear him.

Through the voices she hears someone calling her voice, please not you too! She's about to turn the corner but finds herself wide-eyed and in a familiar tight embrace. "John?" she quivers, wasn't I who embraced you last? Because you saved me from the agony of having to relieve your last minutes of life...why? she chokes holding back tears not just because she feels warm and welcome for once but because the voices quieted. He pulls away,"You looked like you needed a hug...Elizabeth what's wrong?" he crosses his arms and shows a look of not so oftenl shown worry and concern for her.

"Nothing, I'm fine...just tired," she begins to walk away but he grabs her arm before she's out of reach.

"Elizabeth, I'm here if there's something you want to talk about," he gives her a look of reassuring solace letting go of her arm.

"I know," she says in in a tone he's never heard, so sad, "I'll keep that in mind," she smiles and walks away.

He looks after her and realizes something Carson should know. He whispers to himself still watching her,"Elizabeth, of all people, why you?" he looks down in heartache and walks away.

She returns to her quarters and this time the voices, the bodies, they gather and commemorate how much of a leader she was. The person who ordered them to their deaths. That's her punishment, to suffer their pains. She never thought she'd ever resort to this but she has, she reachs her bedside and shamefully finds her way to the small syringe pulsingly lying within her small night stand drawer. When that needle injects her with the welcoming coolness that rushes through her system, she calapses into a relief onto her bed. It slowly warms every inch of her dying body, and the dying voices, and she finds herself lying in the darkness of her very own infinite prison. This prison only becomes her Eden when He decides to come to her. He'll come and hold her close, so close that she can hear his heart beat, feel it. And in a single beat its as if her very heart has remembered itself. Remembered how to beat, how to love. Then they beat as one. But always with the hours comes the voices and then he fades and she forever more is lost in a dream within a dream that has lost all meaning. As if chained down this time her duties as leader don't seem to matter so much anymore and she remains chained there. Chained to the weight of guilt and shame, and the voices hold the key. Soaked in tears and sorrow that drown her, why won't he come for me? Come back...back to me...and she falls into a deep limitless sleep. With the numerous bodies and the hideous manicle laughter they leave behind as they follow back into her mind.

Stargate - So, why do I love Rodney McKay?

So, why do I love Rodney McKay?

So, why do I love Rodney so much?

Well maybe it's because of his sense of style

Or his grace

Maybe it's the way he likes to hang out with friends

Or how he learned to use sign language

Maybe it's because he likes to sleep in the nude

Or how he always uses his brain

Of course there is that gender confusion thing he has going

And we don't like to talk about that little problem he had a while back

Occasionally, he kisses the wrong man

Or woman

But in the end, I think I love him so much because he's a Big

Damn

Hero

Top 10 Sexiest Rodney Episodes (Stargate)

Top 10 Sexiest Rodney Episodes
I've put together what I think are the ten sexiest McKay episodes. It's all subjective, of course, so if you have any episodes you'd like to add or you think that I've got them in the wrong order, feel free to let me know. Just like Rodney, I always enjoy hearing other people's points of view and getting different perspectives on a situation. Oh wait...

10. Sanctuary - Here we get to see Rodney do what he does best--be right. And that's hot. Sure, he didn't understand what he was right about until the end of the episode, but he had a bad feeling throughout the whole thing. We see him get frustrated (or jealous, depending on your ship preference) and then he gets to brood attractively while the others continue to be wrong, wrong, wrong. Plus, there's the added bonus of snarky Rodney in the beginning when he raises his hands and says, "Hi, Athar."

9. The Brotherhood - In this episode we have oblivious Rodney. Woefully oblivious Rodney. He's so focused on his work (hot!) that he doesn't notice the sexy alien backstabber flirting with him. Aside from that, we get to see him interact with Kolya again. Not only does he stand up to him, but he also does that impatient finger snapping/eye rolling thing to get a knife. So hot. And of course, once again, Rodney goes to another world for a few days and figures out a puzzle that has been thwarting the natives for 10,000 years.

8. Hot Zone - Throughout this episode, Rodney wears his now-famous tight blue zip up shirt, the one that is tight around his biceps, shows off his constantly erect nipples and hugs his soft belly. Scientists are dropping like flies, Rodney himself faces death by brain aneurysm with Ford and Zelenka to follow immediately after, but all I could think as I watched was, "Mmm...pretty." To make the episode even better, when Rodney believes he's going to die, he faces it with grace and the kind of gravity only achieved by the smartest people in the world trying to impart their knowledge before it's too late.

7. Trinity - There's something about obsessive, egotistical Rodney that I like. This episode was hard to watch the first time, but after that, I've been able to rewatch it and enjoy the look into Rodney's psyche. His attempt to do a good thing end with catastrophic consequences, but damn does he look good doing it. Plus, that slow smile at the end of the episode gets me every time. It lets you see just how worried Rodney was about not regaining John's trust.

6. The Defiant One - Brave Rodney has a way of getting under my skin. Here we see how brave Rodney has become since arriving on Atlantis. Dr. Gall explains it when he says that Rodney's changed. And he has. We see him wanting to get out and fight, wanting to back up Sheppard, a member of his team. More than that, we see a compassionate Rodney here. Gall's dying, and Rodney has the sense to muster up some tact and some mercy towards the poor man. Plus, him standing on that hill and saving Sheppard's life by shooting one shot after another at the Wraith is one of his sexiest moments in my mind.

5. Inferno - First of all, he has a lap top. Strapped to his back. A lap top! And it is so fun to see him get flustered around Norina and try to flirt again. Towards the end, when he sees that John is alive, he gets that relieved smile and then says, "What took you so long?" in that way that actually means, "Oh, thank god." The sexiest moment in this episode, though, is when he's explaining his plan to John, Carson and Norina: "It's plenty of time to open a hyperspace window." When he finishes his explanation, after the other three understand what he plans to do, you can see that any one of them would have gotten down on their knees right then and there if Rodney said the word. He once again saves their lives, and that's worth dealing with all of his bitching and complaining.

4. Duet - Shirtless Rodney? I mean, hello, do I have to go on? Yes, you say? Well then, how about that kiss for all of you Rodney/Carson shippers? Nice. And despite how cringe-worthy the date scene is with Katie Brown, you have to admit that Rodney looked damn good in the jacket he wore. It's not often that we see Rodney out of his offworld uniform or his scientist blues, so those times become even sexier. Plus, arms. Naked Rodney arms in close up. Yes, please. As disrespectful as Cadman acts in taking off all of Rodney's clothes without his permission, I'm still thankful for it.

3. The Eye - Again, here we have another case of brave Rodney. He steps in front of Elizabeth without even thinking about it. At the end he lies to Kolya saying he didn't rig the power generator to work when he really did. Denying his own genius in order to save Atlantis is almost more heroic than defending Elizabeth, at least in Rodney terms. And plus, throughout the whole episode we get wet Rodney. Mmmm....And when Sheppard races to reactivate the generators, we get wet and serious Rodney, with his pretty mouth all downturned and lovely.

2. Home - In Rodney's personal hallucation of home, we see him in his "I'm With Genius" t-shirt and boxer shorts. Now, despite the gratuitous naked thigh shots we get, I don't think that image is very sexy. What is sexy is when Elizabeth comes to the door and he hastily tries to get dressed, remarking sheepishly, "I'm not wearing any pants." I don't know why, but that moment always does it for me. I don't know if it's because we so rarely see Rodney sheepish or self-deprecating or if it's just the idea of Rodney not wearing pants that makes me enjoy that scene so much. Furthermore, later on in the hallucination Rodney wears a button down shirt which, oh yeah, definitely works for him. It suits his frame and his build and the color looks good too. All around very, very sexy.

1. Grace Under Pressure - Ok, so he goes a little crazy and he has a nasty (and fake-looking) head wound, but GUP is still the episode where I think that Rodney looks the sexiest. Most importantly, we get to see him kiss! And not that awkward Cadman-as-Rodney kissing we saw in "Duet," but a real passionate, desperate kiss with someone whom he's had a crush on forever. True, it's only in his mind, but that's not how we see it. When Rodney starts to lose hope, all of that hurt/comfort potential nearly destroys me. He looks so sad and defeated that you want to hug him (or make out with him madly). Additionally, there's more wet Rodney to ogle, but to add to the wet Rodney goodness, there's lots of hand gesturing and playing with his control pad to appease the hand porn contingent. This episode also has the best example of Rodney's long, unnaturally sexy eyelashes that so many people in fandom rave about. Whether it's the lighting or the reflection from the water or the close-up shots, we see a lot of Rodney's eyelashes. GUP isn't without the snark either. The teaser scene makes me laugh every time. First you have Rodney correcting, "He was Italian" in that way which really means, "I can't handle living in this world when I know there are people as stupid as you out there." And then a few moments later he loses his short temper and declares that he's one of the "Barcelona McKays." So funny, so Rodney.

Why I love Rodney.
There is so much to love about Rodney that I will try to break it down a bit.

Hands
I love that they are always busy. I love the way he snaps his fingers when an idea comes to him. The way he bends his thumb and pinky as he works with his laptop.
(John loves his hands too. He loves the way they caress his face and body. How they leave a trail of fire in their wake ;-))

Eyes
They say that the eyes are the windows to the soul. This is so true in Rodney. You can see every think he is thinking and feeling when you gaze into those beautiful baby blues.
(John loves the way they darken when aroused. He loves the dazed sated look. The look of wonder as he discovers something new. The way they spark in anger. Widen in fear)

Mouth
Made for kissing, sucking and all manner of naughty things! Those crooked lips could fell you at 100 meters.

Shoulders.
Big and broad. Perfect for laying head and snuggling into.
(Yeah, you guessed. John loves laying his head on one too ;-) *g*)

Tummy.
It's soft and slightly round and makes you wanna blow raspberries on. Great for laying head on.
(Well, John loves it)

Ass.
What can I say? It's lickable, bitable and damn well fuckable!

Thighs
Ooooh! goes into orgasmic heaven. Strong thighs that you would love to feel wrapped around your hips!

I just love Rodney. I love everything about him from his arrogance, vulnerability to his childish glee at knowing something you don't know!

Okay off to have a smoke and lay down *g*

Stargate Atlantis: Rising (Stargate Atlantis) (Stargate Atlantis)

Atlantis will rise again

Following the discovery of an Ancient outpost buried deep in the Antarctic ice sheet, Stargate Command sends a new team of explorers through the Stargate to the distant Pegasus galaxy.

Emerging in an abandoned Ancient city, the team quickly confirms that they have found the Lost City of Atlantis. But, submerged beneath the sea on an alien planet, the city is in danger of catastrophic flooding unless it is raised to the surface. Things go from bad to worse when the team must confront a new enemy known as the Wraith who are bent on destroying Atlantis.

Stargate Atlantis is the exciting new spin-off of the hit TV show, Stargate SG-1. Based on the script of the pilot episode, Rising is a must-read for all fans and includes deleted scenes and dialog not seen on TV with photos from the pilot episode.
Customer Review: A fun read
I love Stargate Altantis, the show is smart and fun. The novelization of the pilot "Rising" is just the same. There are wonderful "inside their heads" moments for almost every character. This book is a quick, fun read, with lovely color photos in the center of the book.
The book is true to the script, which means that certain scenes are played out in a slightly different order than you see them in the aired pilot. Some lines are spoken by different people so that might be a little jarring if you've watched it as many times as I have. There are a few very good scenes that are not in the show that are in this book that I really liked.

So if you like novelizations, I hightly recommend this one. If you've never read one, this would be a good one to get. And if you've never seen SG-Atlantis, who knows, it might peek your interest in a really well made show.
Customer Review: Really enjoying this novelization!
I am currently reading Sally Malcolm's novelization of the Stargate Atlantis pilot episode, "Rising". I am a huge fan of this show and, therefore, very particular about the way the characters are portrayed in stories. I am finding that Ms. Malcolm has a very good grasp of the characters from the show. She writes them well and has, as far as I've read, kept the characters true to the premise of the tv show. She also has added some wonderful insights into the characters that would help explain the story to those readers who are not as familiar with the tv show. I would definitely recommend this book and I also hope that Sally Malcolm will write more Atlantis novels!

Stargate - Stargate Atlantis: The Official Companion, Season 1

Stargate Atlantis: The Official Companion, Season 1

First there was the blockbuster Stargate movie, then the smash hit TV series Stargate SG-1, and now there s the equally successful spinoff show: Stargate Atlantis!

A new Stargate team embarks on a dangerous mission to a distant galaxy, where they discover a mythical lost city and a deadly new enemy the Wraith. New characters, new planets, new alien encounters: but the same irresistible brand of Stargate adventure!

Here s the official companion to the first season, packed with behind the scenes interviews, an episode guide and scores of photos, including a 16pp colour gallery.
Customer Review: Good Stuff For Stargate Fans
One of my criteria for judging an episode guide is: Does it have anything to say about various minor recurring characters? Because typically I like them more than the main cast. So my question in reading this book was, did it find time to include an entry on Dr. Zelenka? Yes. Yes, it did. And all was right with the world.

This is a guide to the first season of "Stargate Atlantis", a spin-off, of course, to the popular "Stargate: SG-1" series. In this show, our group of heroes and heroines is stuck in the Pegasus Galaxy after a one-way transgalactic hop via a super-powered gate dial-out from the SGC on Earth. They hope to find the lost city of Atlantis, home of the long-ago-ascended Ancients, and find it they do. Unfortunately, they also discover that the Ancients bailed out of Pegasus some 10,000 years ago after accidentally creating their own nemeses in the form of the Wraith, who really enjoy treating humans as tasty lifeforce snacks. And while there are various human-settled worlds still to be found, not all of them are delighted to see the folks from Earth show up, especially once word gets around that the Stargate team sort of accidentally woke the Wraith back up way before schedule.

This book presents a brief summary of each episode of the first season, along with some minimal cast and crew notes. There's also commentary provided by cast and crew about what went on in the making of the episodes, what their original intentions had been, what worked and what didn't. There are brief character sketches of the main cast, which really have much more to do with details on the actors and how they got the roles and how they approach them.

Also included is a section on the development of the show and another on some of the departments or key players (stunts, production design) behind the scenes. A lot of photos are provided, mostly in black and white but a few publicity stills in color.

I had very low expectations for this book based on previous Stargate episode guides, but it very much exceeded them. It's not a classic of its kind nor indispensable, but if you're a keen fan of the show and you really want to know some of the details about what it takes to put together an episode, you won't be disappointed.

Stargate - Stargate Atlantis: Rising (Stargate Atlantis) (Stargate Atlantis)

Malcolm and (Stargate Atlantis) Diapers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Malcolm and Diapers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This time it's Malcolm in the Middle...
Sooner or later, I guess, it had to happen. Everyone else in
school, all my friends, all the boys on the street in fact were wearing
Pampers diapers.
Did Proctor and Gamble pay the author?
Me and my brothers were the only ones left in
underwear. It felt weird, sometimes.
Because you're not wearing clothes?

"Don't wear pants around the house, they
can make the diaper leak. It's OK for school, but if you're going out
you have to wear two diapers and rubber underwear if you want to wear
pants. I think that's everything. Oh, and be sparing with the diapers.
We get them free on the store's health plan, but I don't want to be
known as the employee who takes the most diapers."
Why do they need diapers at work?

"This SUCKS," yelled Reese
Yes, it does, it's a badfic
